Diabetes Education Center of the Midlands, an Omaha-based organization, needed a new identity and sales piece for a program they were rolling out to employers for a cloud-based diabetes management tool. We created for them a program identity called the DIA-TEC CLOUD, a program that offers an extensive network of information, a community forum for diabetes-related conversations, and an educational resource for information relating to diabetes.
The branding for this brochure went hand-in-hand with the Diabetes Education aesthetic, incorporating geometric shapes, red and white colors, and modern icons. The sales piece is a one-pocket folder/brochure which includes information about the program, general facts and statistics, and a pricing sheet to lay it out simply for prospective employers. My role on this project was creating the entire aesthetic for the program and the brochure.
