For a salon formerly known as Fringes in the Old Market, a change in ownership meant new beginnings and a new identity. The result was Curb Appeal Salon and Spa. With a brand tag of “Urban, Edgy,” my team created an artful, sharp brand that would present the brand as both edgy and refined.
General Branding
As the designer on the team, I created the new logo for the salon, the aesthetic of the brand, and much of their advertising pieces, including brochures, postcards, magazine ads, eblasts, and social media artwork.
Website
In designing their new website in 2016, our aim was to feature the Urban Edgy brand and more of the stylists and their day-to-day work. We chose to incorporate Instagram feeds into not only the general salon page, but also into individual stylists’ pages.
